We understand that sometimes plans change. Please carefully read our refund and cancellation policy before completing your registration for IMPACT Australia.
Cancellations by Participants
- Full Refund:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event start date are eligible for a refund, less a $10 administration fee.
- Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund, less a $10 administration fee.
- No Refund:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Show:
Registrants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.
Registration Transfers
- Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost if arranged by the original registrant.
- To request a registration transfer, please contact the registration team at [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests for exceptional situations (e.g. medical emergencies or other unforeseen serious events) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the IMPACT Australia team. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.
Event Cancellation
If IMPACT Australia cancels the event, all registered participants will receive a full refund, including any administration fees.
Payment Processing
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that while Stripe supports refunds, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
