No, meals are included in the registration price and are non-refundable.
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to another person. In case of transfer or cancellation, please notify [email protected] but no refund will be given.
Yes, the Sabbath School and divine service programs will run as normal at Maitland Seventh-day Adventist church and is open to anyone to come and worship. There will be no free meals provided on Sabbath. The Sabbath afternoon IMPACT program can only be attended by registrants.
You will need to register together with the minor(s) you are chaperoning as a group registration and the chaperone must register first. To register a group, click the ‘Add Registrant’ button after you have saved your registration. You will be asked to enter each minor participant’s complete information. Once you have added everyone you would like to register, you can proceed to the payments page.
Accommodation is booked independently by each registrant. IMPACT does not organise accommodation for its registrants.
IMPACT registrants can book accommodation at the Punthill Apartment Hotels Maitland at a discounted price. https://punthill.com.au/hotels/punthill-maitland/ The discount code will be provided in the welcome email after you pay for registration.
Maitland Seventh-day Adventist church is about 30 km (30 minutes) by car from Newcastle airport.
Bus number 145 takes about 1 hour from Newcastle airport to Stockland Green Hills. It is a 10 minute walk from there to the church. For fare prices, visit https://transportnsw.info/
IMPACT Australia does not offer a shuttle service from the airport to the venue.
Registration opens at 3pm on Friday 26 September at Maitland Seventh-day Adventist church. The last session is expected to end at 3pm on Monday 29 September. A detailed schedule will be posted on the website Events page as soon as it is finalised.
If you would like to lend a hand in one of the many tasks at the conference, please check the box on the registration form and specify what role(s) you can serve in (e.g. food service, music, ushering and outreach). You will be contacted by email with further instructions.
There is no registration discount given to volunteers, but being part of the team and helping run the conference will build valuable work skills and create lasting friendships/memories.
No, there will not be exhibit stalls at the conference. However, if you would like to promote your ministry by providing promotional materials such as fliers or books, we can display them in the foyer of the church. If you are interested, please email [email protected]
IMPACT Australia is a mix of worship, workshops, outreach, and social activities, so we recommend modest, comfortable clothing suited to each part of the program. For worship services, smart casual attire is conventional. For outreach or recreational activities, please wear practical, weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.
We’re excited to welcome international guests! The nearest airport to the venue is Newcastle Airport (NTL), and the nearest International airport is Sydney Airport (SYD). You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and travel insurance. Note that meals are included in your registration, and Sabbath services are conducted in English.
